How can I be sure that my order went through?

We recommend you to save your order number in case you feel the need to contact Customer Service in regards to your order. In addition, you will receive an email confirmation, usually within minutes. If you cannot find your order confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam as emails sometimes end up there.
